Layout Context This full-width component is typically used with a heading or paragraph before it. In most cases, use only one instance of this component on a page - do not stack in a larger grid. Typically used to highlight value proposition items (ex: why Cigna dental plans?) or statistics (ex: results in a case study)

Headings Use the $subhead-4 type treatment
  • In most cases, when supporting text is present, the heading should be only 1 line of text across all screen sizes — approximately 10-20 characters.
  • When no supporting text is present, headings can be longer, up to 3 lines - approximately 10-60 characters.
  • Write in sentence case.
Supporting Text Use the $body-text type treatment
  • Supporting text includes additional detail on the point highlighted by heading and icon. Typically 1-5 lines of text across all screen sizes — approximately 20-120 characters.
  • Write in sentence case. Don't use bullets or other formating.
  • May occasionally include links, but do not use this as a navigational component — instead use Link Lists.
  • Consider total height of heading and supporting text when keeping the grid well aligned and visually balanced — keep all headings and paragraphs a similar length. The number of lines does not need to be identical but should be close enough to prevent awkward whitespace.
